Thisperson may be a primary contact for end user issues, administrative requests,and other related tickets that get routed to the team. They must be ableto analyze complex issues and find solutions in a frequently busyenvironment. Ideal candidate will have experience moving on-premises Planningenvironments to EPBCS.In this position you will: Actively support and monitor all Oracle Hyperion systems Use a variety of methods of interacting with users including a ticketing system, email, text messages, IM, and other messaging applications Perform key business processes such as setting up budgets, forecasts, and associated rounds Follow established procedures such as coding standards, change control, and separation of environments Interact with a variety of both technical and non-technical users. This position must be able to understand both sides and translate what they are saying.
