Co-ordinate with MPS & purchase for timely material planning (material required as local repairs spare and individual spares). To confirm the deliveries of repaired products/spares to sales/customer.Import repairs: Handle foreign return repairs/spares process for modules which are imported. Co-ordination with cross functions. Obtain failure analysis form suppliers in order to reduce failures and to achieve spare availability at site.Engineering change management: Change in design, process based on customer feedback by supporting cross functions for failure analysis, corrective and preventive actions, in order to achieve continuous improvement in final product.Data collection and analysis: Maintain database with failure details, site feedback, observation on site and actual findings, modules status, turnaround time (TAT) for each and every module which is repairable locally or at foreign locations. It provides backup for changes required in product and enables customer to know about status of modules and trend of failures.Handling inward and outward logistics for repairs.Monitor plan vs actual & initiate necessary countermeasures to achieve the production targets.Ensure quality of repairs, manufacturing processes & products, Quality data collection and analysis during repairs, manufacturing and testing, Initiate CAPA on deviation.Ensure repairs, manufacturing & testing as per applicable guidelines/procedures and maintain necessary records.Monitor productivity & initiate improvement actions.Monitor & improve defined Key Performance Indicators in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Non-conformance cost.Implementation of necessary actions in line with customer feedback.Supervise operators in repairs train/ guide/ counsel/ motivate and initiate actions to resolve their grievances in order to improve performance and maintain healthy IR.Impart training to operators for repairs, M&Q processes, provide technical guidance and test set-ups.Ensure implementation of applicable QMS & EHS guidelines / processes.Technical support & training to vendors for outsourced activities.Ensuring implementation of company regulations regarding product safety.Diploma (Electrical/ Electronics/ Industrial Electronics) with 3 to 5 years of experience in handling repairs of electronic modules / PCB, manufacturing and testing of converters/ Drives/ Electronics panels.Join us and be yourself!
