Manage New API Requirements: Understand requirements for new APIs and get them implemented from vendor personnel.4. Security: Verify that AU Bank's API security guidelines have been implemented while publishing new APIs. Also ensure that latest security patches get deployed.5. Implement Systems Uptime recommendations: Review options and implement recommendations to ensure better uptime of the API Banking Platform.6. Implement API Monitoring and control: Review options and implement changes for improving monitoring of Bank's APIs.7. Implement Application Obsolescence Management: Review options and implement changes necessary for avoiding obsolescence, perform version upgrades if required.8. Implement application DR improvements: Review and Implement steps to reduce failures on the API Banking Platform during DR drills.9. Vendor Management: Implement requirements involving new API services or enhancements to existing APIs, by coordinating with vendor personnel to translate business requirements into technical requirements. Coordinate and assist vendor teams during deployments and during issue resolution. Verify deliveries received from vendor personnel. Also raise support requests with Product vendors for product issue resolution.10. Audit Responses: Provide assistance to senior managers to address system audit queries, undertake periodic reviews, identify gaps and make implementations to cure any gap observations.11. Automation: Review options and implements steps to increase automation of manual processes. Compliance amp; Risk Responsibilities Ensure the current practices/business processes comply with company procedures and government regulations. Ensure efficient practices by recommending improvements in processing capability, user interface and security designs.
