TTEC is seeking an intermediatelevel Hyperion Administrator that can work in a small team environment. Thisperson may be a primary contact for end user issues, administrative requests,and other related tickets that get routed to the team. They must be ableto analyze complex issues and find solutions in a frequently busyenvironment. Ideal candidate will have experience moving on-premises Planningenvironments to EPBCS.In this position you will: Actively support and monitor all Oracle Hyperion systems Use a variety of methods of interacting with users including a ticketing system, email, text messages, IM, and other messaging applications Perform key business processes such as setting up budgets, forecasts, and associated rounds Follow established procedures such as coding standards, change control, and separation of environments Interact with a variety of both technical and non-technical users. This position must be able to understand both sides and translate what they are saying. Work with users that are in a variety of time zones, but primarily US time zonesQualifications: Bachelors (BA or BS) degree or equivalent blend of education and experience Strong experience in Healthcare IS 4+ years experience with Oracle’s Hyperion Enterprise Performance Management Suite Minimum of 2 years of experience with Oracle’s Planning and Budgeting application Experience with Essbase (ASO & BSO) cube analysis, design and maintenance Experience with Essbase database administration, upgrades, performance tuning and optimization Experience with Oracle or MS SQL Server databases Experience with Windows Operating Systems Experience with installation, configuration, upgrade and deployment of Hyperion and OBIEE (including HFM, HPCM, Planning, Essbase, SmartView, Financial Reporting, EPMA, DRM, FDM, etc.) Experience with configuring and maintaining user security Competent in supporting the technical, operational, and application needs for a highly complex application or several moderately complex applications from end-to-end Ability to utilize monitoring tools to evaluate general health of applications from end to end.Employment Requirements: TTEC requires all employees hired in the India to successfully pass a background check including employment credentials, education, permanent and current address verification and if applicable, immigration and work permit documentation as a condition of employment.
