PURPOSE OF POSITION:To perform Dis-assembly, Assembly, repair activities and manufacturing support of the compressor.• Understand the scope of work and to plan the process.• Responsible for execution of Dis-assemblies of the compressor.• Responsible for repairs of sub-assemblies, and other auxiliaries.• Responsible for machining/assembly of compressor parts and sub-assemblies• To be able to perform shrink fit and achieve required dimension values.• Co-ordinating with the team of Service Technicians / helpers and proactively reviewing daily workload to seek opportunities that will help to drive project.• Execution of all critical repair activities of compressors for continual improvement.• Well versed with document management for machine details like assembly drawings, BOM, parts etc.• Coordination with quality team to ensure the final parts, sub-assemblies, final assembly in line with the technical requirements. Time Management:• Execution of all repair jobs, assemblies ensuring on time delivery, in line with the finalized scope.• Maintain the job respective route card for individual project for material movement & evaluation of planned vs actual time for individual activities.EHS:• Ensuring completion of repair activities with adherence to safety regulations.• Implementation of EHS guidelines at shop floor activities.• Coordinate for the mitigation of risks and take corrective actions to ensure safe working environment.• Coordinate for the timely calibration of lifting tools & Tackles.Eligibility criteria• Should have minimum 10 Years of experience in compressor repairs / assemblies preferably centrifugal compressors.Salary: .
