I like working in UTC as it is a family oriented company. They offer excellent and the management is organized perfectly well. They also promotes education and career development, everything that you need for professional growth.

It was boring for me to fulfill the same tasks all day through, but they didn’t provide us any cross-training to multitask. Some of my duties required a long time so I could do something else while I wait. But it was hard to explain to my supervisor that I want to learn more.

I can say for sure that it was a great place to work, although I had to live and not only I, but the whole department due to the corporate policy that limits the length of employment. The bosses should look at reality how to live when you are just wiped out.
