This company has a good environment and people are cooperative, even the working hours are relaxing. It also provides impressive benefits for its workers. But I’m disappointed for lacking the chances to improve my career through developing and learning newest technologies.

The company is very good, the social package, competitive salary, etc. Once a year they may increase the salary to encourage the experts. That is good. To change for the better position is difficult, but possible. Whatever it was Ericsson is a very good company.

Working in such company as Ericsson, I understood what it means to do work effectively, and even learnt how to make others do work effectively through proper distributing of tasks among the team members. My co-workers appreciated my skills to work in difficult situations. I enjoy working with my colleagues.
