I worked in IITG for 1 month. They hired me thru a manager as a hiring manager for Work from home. They had given me target based offer letter. For hiring, they haven't provided me with any Naukri or any other source. They were giving only useless leads. I used my own internet, phone and Naukri account for their hiring and they said that they will reimburse all with my salary. (15000/-) I worked for them on even holidays, Saturdays, Sundays and in late evenings or nights as Manager was making pressure on me for work. (Anushree Gupta). I sincerely work hard for them as it was target based job.
At the time of the salary they stopped responding of my emails, They never gave me feedback for my profiles. They stopped giving me openings also. I wrote them 5-6 time that if you don't want to continue with me then at least give me my salary for which I have worked but they didn't respond for anything. They haven't pay me even a single penny.

Not an easy company for a fresher. You need to have huge experience to fulfill your duties and cope with them successfully. The atmosphere in the company is rather stressful. You have to work under pressure.

Very pleasant pace to apply your skills with profit here. I like working in a team and it is not a problem for me to lead the team. I like to meet challenges and to overcome them. Life is boring if you do not need to fight.

When I started working here, it was very difficult for me to fulfill all my duties. But thanks to my coworkers, who supported me and help me at first, everything was pretty easy. The process of adaptation passed easily.
