Please don't join this company for God's sake. Damu Managing Director is highly unprofessional. He doesn't know staffing business. A 10th standard fail person who doesn't know to speak English. He toutures the employees. We can call him Maha Kanjus.

Managing Director of CD Soft consultancy is a big time fraud. He doesn't pay salary to the employees. A Consultancy with just two recruiters. Damu Meda does not know staffing business.After the office hours he sends bad messages to the female employee. Managing director with very bad English. He will call candidates for recruitment Manager position and then force them to do business development work and ask them to empanel clients like Capgemini, Tech Mahindra and oracle within two days. If you try to explain him that mncs take time. He will not listen and he will collect all your database and ask you to leave. He will eat employees salary. Very worst fellow who keeps staring at female employees. My advice to him is stare your wife not female employees.

Very unprofessional and worst company. Damu who is an MD has zero knowledge about staffing business.he is desperate to add clients as they have only one client EXL. If you join the company from the second day Damu will ask you to empanel Capgemini, oracle and tech m in two days. If you try to explain him the enpanelment process in MNC. He will not understand. He will tell that I want empanelment in two days otherwise consequences will be bad. he will write messages after the office hours and threaten. a very unprofessional person with bad English. India is still a developing country only because of people like Damu.
