In general, the work at Bajaj is a new experience and a very challenging one. Every new project sets new goals and you have to achieve them. The clarity of the management influences well the general workflow and the atmosphere.

I am working for Bajaj Finserv Lending Ltd as a reginal sales manager for a couple of years. I provide consumer durables loans to the clients in best schemes. I like my job and the company in general. If only they could pay more!

This is one of the fastest grown company, but its approach to their employees is very poor. The atmosphere is very stressful. The management is strict and thinks only about the result without any interest to the needs of the usual workers.
