The main asset of this company are the employees - they are the main source of new innovvative ideas as well as positive outlook and welcoming environment. I kile my colleagues and the everyday tasks and challenges. But I think the management would only benefit from several major changes.

I used to work for Ani Instruments for almost two years. The environment and colleagues were great, but overall policy of the company was somehow a mystery for me. My suggestion to management is to communicate with their employees to understand their needs and the real situation in the company rather than taking care of their own needs.
