My duties in the company was to inform the potential candidates about the current openings that suit their job profile. The company provided a good training for me to improve my communication skills. I learned the basis on which the companies choose their candidates and what their major requirements.

I have learned how to deal with candidates. 2COMS had a very effective training program with e-learning process, which helps to generate candidates. I had to leave the company, but they gave me good experience.

It was new for me to work in an office as I was a student yet when I came to- 2COMS to practice my skills of negotiation. But the managers were so friendly and my colleagues were very supportive and friendly. Although the job timings and goals were very difficult to reach.
