Role involves intensive knowledge of engineering, manufacturing of skids and assemblies. Candidate should be working with multiple stake holders internally as well as externally with various disciplines of engineering viz., Process, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation to complete the skid manufacturing drawings and documents. And shall execute the skid manufacturing at vendor location envisaging necessary measures to be taken for on:time delivery and ensuring quality of skid assembly. Essential Responsibilities / Expectations :Perform skid manufacturing engineering by evaluating package equipment product design, manufacturing processes, project management and manufacturing at third party locations. :Shall confer with equipment suppliers, Schedule delivery of equipment to meet manufacturing schedule and achieve on:time delivery of skids. :Shall have experience on maintaining quality of Products and monitoring vendor quality processes, :Shall be able to perform root cause analysis of any incident during engineering and manufacturing processes. Shall be aware of Non:conformity processes. :Shall be providing timely solutions for any engineering / manufacturing changes arising during execution of skids. :Shall have knowledge of package equipment, International codes and standards. :Shall have knowledge of Manufacturing processes viz., Cutting, grinding techniques, welding processes viz., SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, SAW etc.:Shall have knowledge in testing requirements specified through international codes and standards.Shall have proficiency in materials and specifications.
